Members of our staff have been qualified as 'Expert' in our field in court and by authorities such as the Colorado Supreme Court's Attorney Regulation Board. We conduct evaluations for The Board as well as the Federal Aviation Authority, US Department of Transportation, Impaired Nurses and Doctors Boards, etc.

We are also available for Expert Forensic Consultation and Testimony to prosecutors and defense attorneys regarding the effects of substance use on human cognition, motivation and criminal behavior. We will evaluate clients who are incarcerated, consult on their case and then testify as to our findings and research-based knowledge of substance abuse.
